I was in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, last year. At various street 
corners are signs displaying the time, the temperature, and a message. The 
time is in 24-hour format and the temperature has the symbol "°C" with a 
space before it. The airport also has 24-hour clocks.
