Next time you travel abroad, try looking at airport duty-free shops.  There
is a good chance that radio alarms that have switchable 115/230 V inputs
will also have 12/24 hour switchable inputs.

Try looking in Brazil. Much of Brazil runs on the same electricity as here, 
and the other part, I think, is 220 V 60 Hz.
