Given the fact that world allowed the US companies to ram inches down
everyone's throats for diagonal screen measurements, now it will have to put
up with more of the same nonsense.  As televisions are becoming thinner and
thinner, worldwide players like Samsung are now advertising the thickness of
their television sets in...inches.  I just saw an ad for a set that measures
1.2".  You'd tink that this would be the natural place for millimeters or
centimeters, but give them an inch...
