Similar. They squeeze the quarter-pounder name wherever they can. Maybe in France it's called the Royale (per Pulp Fiction), but in many countires, they're pushing some variation of the quarter pounder. Even in the Spanish-speaking world, they're marketing it as a *Cuarto de Libra. *Check out the Wikipedia article, quite disturbing:
