Parker: Better to contact your Congressman or Senators. They rarely hear from pro-metric people but hear from other people on every other topic. Better yet, find someone in industry to help. Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Warren Buffet, for example. If we can get someone high-profile to promote the cause, it will make a big difference. Even better yet, contact the Food Marketing Institute and get them to change their opposition to the metric-only labeling proposal. This in itself would make a great step forward if people can buy their soap and shampoo legally in metric-only labeled containers. Mark Henschel
