The basic plan restricts you to 12Gb transferred up and 12Gb down. I run
DSL for my apartment complex (10 apartments) and we download between 8 and
12 Gb  each month but only transfer about 2Gb up. XMission is very
supportive of servers, and they don't block any ports except for that old
trojan port 31367 or something. Their tech support is very very
responsive. They'll even do some custom routing for you. They are Linux
aware and provide great service. If you pay 6 months in advance, they will
give you a discount. I am very satisfied with their service. They also
allow sharing with your neighbors. Questions beyond that, you'll want to
call them directly. They are very good about answering questions on the
phone and they actually know what they are talking about.
