Sam,

Your times seem to be pretty consistant with other Vmax's. Your launches will get 
better.
My best 60' was 1.742 launching at 4500 and dumping it. DO NOT slip your clutch at 
higher
rpms for launching. You'll take it out real quick. Put your nuts right on the fake tank
cover and lean over as far as you can. Keep the tack at 4500 while trying to 
stage...take
your time. Dump it! You'll find a sweet spot in the clutch lever travel. When the 
clutch is
ALL the way out, whack the throttle open. To soon and you'll stand it right up! I'm 
going
back real soon to get that 10.9 I'm dreaming of. That "DD" mod is making the launches 
very
challenging...All I need it a real low 1.7 and I'll be there........
