Spark Plugs

Just put the NGK DPR8EVX-9 plugs in the max and fouled them in less than one
mile... engine cut in and out as though to be running out of fuel. and kept
stalling then finally would not start.  pulled them out and they were gas
soaked.  What is wrong with this picture???
