Grey Smoke

[YAMVMAXMS]

Getting some grey smoke when 1997 VMAX is fired up ( 11000 miles ),there 
appears to be some excessive black smut on the exhaust port of the kerker 
header.had someone tell me that it was running rich.any suggestions?
