OK, it's not TCI. What other electrical component could be affected by heat
and/or humidity?

How did you figure this out?
When I let the bike sit for a while it cranks back up

Any possibility of an intermittent open/short in a wire (not connector,
assuming they're all clean.) running to the ignition primary. Kill switch,
ignition switch? Battery? Have you checked voltages?
The vent on the gas tank is also

Have you unhooked all the leads to the items or just line positive?
I can only think

Just to humor me, could you pull the fuel line to the carbs and run it into
a container while the bike is having one of its fainting spells to confirm
that fuel volume and pressure are OK at that time?...just to completely rule
out the fuel system as the problem.
Since you've replaced the fuel pump, I'm assuming that the pressure switch
was replaced with the pump. (ie. that you replaced the pump as a unit, not
components.)
Puzzling, for sure.
Best,
Sat Tara
