Yep! Plus, risking your hand get caught up and torn off its up to you. A shop I worked at there was a guy that wore gloves when deburrig parts, didn't want to get his hand scratched up. It got caught in the chuck and no more hand, made a hell of a mess. There is alot of ineria in that wheel spinning and you won't be able to stop it.
