Don, I should have mentioned that I use the "steel-wool-on-a-stick" method.
At worse, I could eventually lose a tooth or an eye if the stick ever got
caught up, bounced back, and hit me in the face, but it's worked quite well
for the past ten years or so. On the down side, a thorough polishing can
really fowl the plugs. Jacques
