Trevor,
In addition to Don's recommendations ... It also sounds like it is
possible that your "reserve" switch might be doing absolutely nothing
since when you turn the key off and back on you will always get a few
seconds of pump operation, (unless the internal pump switch detects
the resistance of full fuel bowls and shuts itself off). If this is
true then you need to take a very close look at the "reserve" switch
wiring and the fuel pump relay.
