Vinny, first I would use Liquid Wrench ILO WD-40 it's a much better
penetrant.  If you have already started rounding off the edges, I'd try
to find a Metwrench socket to get a better grip on the sides instead of
the tips of bolts as all other sockets do.  I know, I sound like a
commercial but it is a good product that does what it claims.  If you
don't already have one, get a manual impact wrench.  With the
appropriate adapter, you should be able to break the bolts free.  While
holding and turning the wrench in the direction you want to go, a few
quick slaps with a hammer should break the bolts free.  

Well, that's what I would do....
