Obviously, these bolts were tighten to a LOT more than 17ftlbs. huh??
I think some "douche bag" at the shop that did the job, used some kind
of "thread locker", so, I think the idea of the hair dryer or maybe a
"heat gun" should work, you'll never know, some mechanics think thread
lockers are "all the same"...
