Charles, a difficult question to answer. You need to know how many turns
of the crank are equal to one turn of the rear wheel. Now you need to
know the circumference of the tire.  Also, how much the tire is growing
at a certain speed. Watch the tires on a TF dragster. It will vary from
tire to tire. You can do a static measurement to get you started, then
fine tune from there.
