Rick,
                   the design of the supertraps is different than the 
cobras. where the cobras seperate the rear 2 cylinders from each other AND 
from the other pipes into single mufflers the supertraps atleast bring the 
rear 2 in to a collector with the front ones and then a muffler for the 
pair. this is as good as you can get with the slip-ons and is MUCH better 
than the cobras.
                    besides, there are an awful lot of guys showwing real 
good #s on the dyno with the "traps" and as far as i know NONE with the 
cobras. i think you made a good choice.
