It doesn't have to be--my 1500 cc TourMaster is not. However, PCW does
build a 1500 cc long rod--a different package from the TourMaster.

Yes, but I won't have time to scan it for a couple of days. If someone
else doesn't come up with one, holler at me and I'll get it to you. The
pertinent data: peak rear wheel HP was 148.3 at about 8700 RPM, peak
torque was 100.2 at about 6100 RPM.
