Bradford, If my bike 's light was coming up slow I would look real close at the battery. The battery is the accumulator in my circuits . I was trying to help you out . Seams that you do not think that a high watt halogen will run in the Vmax . Just make sure that your connections are good . There are many ahead of us that have for many years been enjoying the 130 watt without any problems .
