It all depends how much you lower the front end, and how much you raise the rear end, also what type of exhaust system you're currently using.

what about rear wheel conversion, and radial tyres, dose this make enough
difference to be worth the cost??

help the handling?

Frame braces may help, fairing I don't think so...
