I usually run this set:
tools/run-tests.py -j28 --arch=x64 --mode=debug --report --no-presubmit
mozilla/* test262/* cctest/* mjsunit/* webkit/*
test262 and mozilla are not checked out by default, see here how to add
them to
your checkout: https://code.google.com/p/v8/wiki/Testing
