AFAIK DevTools only uses BeforeCompile event for script preprocessor.
While script preprocessor receives a URL as a parameter I think we should be
fine
if it does not provide sourceURL at this point as script preprocessor is
going
to parse the script anyway and could extract the sourceURL annotation and
probably even change it.
