OK, I'll just take your word for it and rewrite this to use %SetElement
only in the Array case, even if the current behavior isn't that dangerous.
Since it doesn't seem to be a security issue at this point, but instead
spec correctness and enabling future code changes, I'm downgrading the
priority to high. This shouldn't block --harmony-arrays from staging.
