Tim: every poster to date cares about Object only.
No one has indicated any interest in standardizing iteration order for any
other objects. Probably best that it remains unspecified.
However, in case Chrome devs are wondering about this, I know for a fact
that none of our customers relied on Date, RegExp, Function, "arguments",
Error, Exception or other common objects to have consistent iteration
order. I seriously doubt there's any widespread reliance out there.
