New issue 3106 by [email protected]: Build on ARM seems to be broken -
it adds "-m32" even if the compiler doesn't support it

It looks like it's ok for the actual V8 stuff, but the gyp file for ICU
doesn't seem to check if the compiler supports that flag or not, making the
build to fail.
As a reference, this issue is related to module I've created for
FreeSWITCH, for further information look into the separate ticket here;

We're using V8 version 3.24.14.
