On my 1961 Bambi I've converted it over to 14 inch rims with Toyo Z800 Plus radial
tires and have had great success. Fourteen inch makes it easier to have a higher
load rating and I've run these for around seven years with NO troubles at all. High
speeds on the Interstates heavily loaded in desert summer heat, ...................
strong cross winds, etc. Trailer was always solid as can be and no blow outs or
other troubles. Rim offset & tire clearance within the trailer's wheel wells are the
main concerns.
