ClamAV? Generally though -- it seems like more work than its worth (in my humble opinion) to go through all the trouble of Linux, and it still isnt a perfect fix.. I usually boot into safe mode, run AV in safe mode, disable all startup programs and processes with MSCONFIG, reboot, run Process Explorer (from Microsoft/Sysinternals) to *pause* any spyware running (if you kill spyware it will respawn -- pausing it effectively keeps it running). I then identify each and Google for a specific remover -- some of the latest spyware is pretty hideously hard to get rid of.
