Microsoft Outlook was the first program I ever encountered that did the following things:

1. Created the concept of email viruses.
2. Started insisting that things go html.
3. Ate entire organizations and government communications systems.

How they became a monopoly email system is beyond me. That was (and is) the point.

We have a meeting coming up.  What are the particulars involved in this?

I am a bit hamstrung but can spin up to support this Tuesday program if necessary. Keep in mind I gotta teach Wednesday.
