Each door works for each piece, but only once... In other words, if the unit uses any door on any map, from then on it won't be able to use any doors, , including the first one that had worked.

None of the features you are using have any 'memory'. Have you turned the Map auto-move key on for each map you are using? i.e. when you a door transports a unit, it sends it to a new map. Is that new map generation auto-move key commands as well? Can you go through the same door twice? Do all doors on all maps work once only?
