Hi, Rodney, Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, neither option 1 (click away and then click back) nor option 2 (change the user preference) works to correct this. As I mentioned previously, the only way to make the new marker stack with the original unit is to:
1) Move the just placed marker out of the hex the original game piece is in. 2) Move the marker back into the hex with the original game piece. 3) Click away from the marker. 4) Click back on the marker. Thanks for checking into this. Kevin ----- Original Message ----- From: Rodney Kinney To: [email protected] Sent: Monday, September 24, 2007 12:27 AM Subject: Re: [vassalengine] Bug? It actually is stacked with the original piece, but clicking and dragging in v3.0 moves only the selected pieces in a stack. It would make sense to keep the original unit selected, so I'll make that change. Meanwhile, you can either a) click away and back to move the entire stack or b) select the "Moving stacks should pick up non-moving pieces" option in the General tab of the Preferences. rk [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
