I always go to the link below to get the latest and greatest:

Also, you don't /have/ to have a 64-bit O/S to run 64-bit Guests.
However, I believe (someone will correct me otherwise!  :), you do
need a 64-bit CPU.  Nowadays, most CPU's are 64-bit.
