If you can see the 3 snapshots in the VirtualBox UI (with "Current
State" underneath them as a 4th node in the tree), then merging the
files is as simple as selecting each snapshot in the UI, in turn, and
deleting it with the Delete Snapshot button.
(Previous versions of VirtualBox labelled this "Discard" rather than delete.)

But your snapshots are rather large, so some care should be taken.

Another option is to take a clone of the "Current State", and then
attach that clone as the main disk, replacing the existing disk.

To delete the snapshots (while merging the files), do this:
- Take a backup in case anything goes wrong,
- Ensure you have as much free space on the host drive as the total
size of the VM disk files, in this case, at least 42GB free space,
- Select the topmost snapshot in the VirtualBox UI, and click "Delete Snapshot",
- Wait. DO NOT Cancel, as that may damage the files (I'm not sure)
- That will remove the topmost snapshot and move the rest up,
- Repeat : Check free space, select topmost snapshot and click "Delete
Snapshot" until they are all gone.

Because you have a lot of data, taking a clone may be safer.
Us the VirtualBox Machine > Clone... menu, and choose 'Full Clone'
then 'Current machine state'

The cloned VM and the cloned disk will have a different GUIDs, which
will be reflected in the VM as a changed motherboard serial number and
disk serial number. This may cause the cloned VM to need
re-authenticating (for Windows licensing).
