Hi Frank,
Thanks. I got the root of the problem: maybe the guest OS image is
corrupt. I have another guest OS that runs perfectly in VirtualBox. The
fact let me stop doubting the driver or VirtualBox , I copied the
problematic image again from the old PC, now it doesn't reboot !
