Hi Yuwen, sorry for the late response.
I had a look at your log files but didn't see any obvious problem. The only advise I have is that you could try the latest VBox 4.2.16 release to see if the same problem appears there as well. Also, is there any reason why you did not enable VT-x for that VM? Try to enable VT-x in the VM settings, perhaps does this fix your problem.
