Have you checked to see what the error is? Check the Console for messages. I
suspect there is a way to get it to run, but we need to know what the error is.
Did you also install the Extension pack for the version you installed?
Check in the manual for the version you downloaded to see what versions it
supports. It says in the manual that comes with the download.
