It's vitally important for any software project to get feedback from 
users if they are not happy about something.  It's best if it's worded 
politely - "it would be really nice if virtualbox could do ...", but 
that applies for paid-for software too.  You certainly don't have the 
right to *demand* anything, or bad-mouth the software suppliers or 
developers unless you have paid good money for it (and you seldom have 
that right even if you *have* paid - you have to exhaust all polite 
avenues first).

Remember, users of free (gratis) software are not charity cases meekly 
accepting handouts with grovelling thanks - and I don't believe that is 
what Sun is looking for.   Of course, we are all very grateful for to 
the virtualbox team for the software - part of that gratitude can be 
shown by feedback that may lead to an even better product.

And incidentally, I think Jørgen's post was not a complaint - merely a 
slightly oddly worded question from a non-native English speaker with a 
sticky question mark key.
