My environment too isn't that big (about 800 users) and actually I am
the only one that is currentely excessively using non-web-clients, but I
expect this to change in the near future.

I'm glad to hear that Courier works for you, but this does not solve my
problem how to convert my cyrus-boxes into the maildir-format of
courier. I think they both are quite similar to each other, but I don't
have any detailed knowledge of any of the formats. Is there any script
already? If not: Where can I get some details about the formats?
