even if tools/tools didn't go, i think the classification would be fairly straightforward. any macro that used a tool in tools/tools would go in tools/tools/macros, and any that used a struts tool would go in tools/struts/macros. all tool-less macros would be under tools/view/macros. if tools/tools is folded into tools/view, then we'll still probably maintain some division of macros (tool dependent vs. general) either by file naming or folders or both. > > > Saying "VelocityStruts" may not provide a clear picture to > > > Struts folks of using Velocity for the Struts View Layer. > > > > Velocity is designed to be a view technology.
