I just don't even notice those anymore, especially having been on the receiving end of this type of motivational technique (as someone working for software companies). It just doesn't work. That said, customer service (and a spirit of same) is what makes many successful companies succeed. My goal was to get some idea of when I could expect to be able to use Versions again and to ensure Sofa was aware of the impact lack of 1.6 support was having on ME. I appreciate your support of Versions, evangelists are rare.
