The built-in diff viewer with the option to launch an external one is
very nice as well.  Each product has their plusses/minuses.  The main
"clunkiness" in CS is that they put some of the options at the bottom
of the window.

Versions, having the cleaner interface, would have to do very little
to really pull ahead of CS.  Adding the checkboxes to the commit
screen is a perfect example.
