Along the lines of the ongoing discussion about adding the ability to
de-select individual files before making a commit, here's a scenario I
encountered today where I would've liked to be able to de-select a
file:

1. I had changed the svn:ignore properties of a folder
2. I had modified a file inside that folder
3. I wanted to commit the folder's property change -- but not (yet) the file

It's impossible to commit a folder's 'ignore' properties without
committing all of the changed files under that folder, right? If so,
here's a +1 to the feature request for adding the ability to de-select
individual files before making a commit.
