Keith, too soon to tell if I can make it. The economy here (US and Rockies) may not allow much travel this year. I replied to your email earlier. A visit to ol England would be grand, but I can't make a decision right now. (I may regret it either way.)
I won't have an answer on the Florida place until April, then I won't be able to move in until October, as it's a winterhaven set-up (6 months). That's perfect for me, as I wouldn't want to spend the summer in the Keys. Camped out on a creek in the mountains in the summer is more betterer for me. The Keys place (a small private 'campground') has 2 docks, a small gym, a card room, and the spot I'm looking at is a double with a Florida room for entertaining. I just need to buy a boat that sleeps about 6 and I'd have it made. I'm looking at other options, but this one is the best right now.
