to make it as cold as possible, I'll ty a Jack Frost variation. This is a
pattern from Bob Church. I'll use as much of the suggested material as
possible:
Ice dub instead of the white wool
Red arctic fox for the tail
Hair from a doter yeti to replace the marabou (if I can find some <G>).
White yak hair to replace the thread.
Maybe a curved penguin bone for the hook...
Stop better here.
