Can't return to factory - cheap rod.   Does anyone know of a way to put the tip back on the rod so that it'll be serviceable?    I have some "shrink tube", but am not sure how well that will work. Any and all suggestions are welcomed.   Love this old rod and hate to not be able to use it anymore.
