My .02 on warranty.  Very important.  I have broken my Orvis 5 wt. twice in
the past 12 years.  Never any questions, replace or repair.  My favorite
rod.  It had a 25 year warranty when I bought it.  If you take the original
investment in the rod and subtract the cost of replacing it twice, it's very
economical.

I haven't had much exposure to the Reddington's but with all the praise I am
hearing, I will definately look into them.
