Jimi - I use STH Cassette reels. Although the cassettes are clear and would easily take a permanent marker, I use a small adhesive label from the office supply cabinet and write the line info on that. I have noticed that when the label gets wet, the ink from the marker will run. A ball point pen (not rollerball) will keep this from happening.
