We have a slightly different problem here.  They like to gill net the river
mouths so nothing can get by during the spawn runs.  Here is a good one for
you.  One tribe in the state was willing to concede all treaty game rights
in exchange for a casino license.  Can you believe that the state turn them
down!!!
