I must admit, I troll flies for trout all the time. We put a bit fat black
leech on the end of an 850 grain line to get it down, add 5 feet of 8 pound
test green Maxima and have a wonderful time. Have caught and released as
many as 8-10 fish an hour using this set up. We troll back and forth in the
areas where fish are known to lie at about a  25 foot depth (most of the
time) or where ever the fish finder says that the trout are lying. Get cuts
and bows. Joyce
