After all that discussion on ethics, you guys would be proud to know that some of it wore off on me. I dined at a seafood buffet this past weekend and one of the menu items was poached salmon. It looked really good, but I'll have you know I passed it right up seein's how I'm an upstanding ethical & legal fisherman now.
