You gotta be kidding me. I own 2 male beagles who think that outside means running, sniffing, and avoiding water like the plague. If they are tied off to a tree, they will just whine and moan because they can't be near me, even though they see me. Oh, and we took one in the canoe on a fishing trip. He jumped out near shore and goofed around until we caught him and got hime back on board. Nope, some dogs are not made for fishing.
